The "WWW" West Waterford Weekend with The Cliff House Hotel Ardmore and O'Brien's Chophouse in Lismore is a unique opportunity to sample the best cooking West Waterford has to offer.  This gourmet weekend tour of West Waterford is  €575 (for two persons inclusive) for two nights, one night with us in the Tannery including dinner, one night with the Cliff House, Ardmore including dinner and a two course lunch for two with blackberry fizz in O'Briens Chophouse, Lismore on one of the days.   It is subject to availability so booking ahead is advisable.

Please enquire directly with Máire about our self-catering accommodation.  This cottage accommodates 2 and a minimum stay of two nights is required.   The price for two nights is €200 or if you would like to dine in the Tannery on one of the evenings €300 (for two).  Enjoy a very lazy weekend, we leave a basket of goodies for you to enjoy for breakfast, our own brown bread, freshly laid eggs from our own hens in the Tannery garden and local juices.

Classic Cocktail Tapas and Cichetti Special

Stay in the Tannery on Friday or Saturday night and have dinner in the Tannery restaurant, then participate on the course on Saturday with award winning mixoligist Alan Kavanagh of Total Cocktail Solutions.  Paul will also demonstrate some delicious party food in the form of tapas and the Italian version of Tapas, Cichetti, total price inclusive of course, dinner and accommodation €190 per person sharing or non-cooking partner €100

 

Practical Italian Special

Stay in the Tannery either the Friday night or Saturday night and have dinner.  Partcipate in the Practical Italian course on the Saturday with Irish Times writer Eunice Power.  €250 pps - non cooking partner €100
