A note from Paul
2011 for me, is about going back to basics in my cooking. I want to cook with the best seasonal ingredients, as much veg as possible from our own Tannery garden and from our orchard at home and let the produce truly shine. As I have matured, my cooking has also and now I feel I have reached full circle. I want you to enjoy your dining experience with us in the Tannery. I want you to relax and enjoy not only the food but the company you are with. Good food and company is truly one life's great pleasures!

Our Easy Evening Set Menu is €28.00 all night long...Tues to Friday (and Sunday evenings during the Summer)
This menu will be available all evening from 6pm (no time restriction) and our a la carte menu will run alongside
For groups of more than 12, we reccomend a group menu offering 3 choices of starters, main courses, desserts, teas/coffees inclusive. The menu price is €50 and as will all groups of more than 6, a 10% service charge applies.
Our Chef's Table Menu in the Tannery Cookery School Dining room is the perfect venue for a Christmas Party with a difference. This is a unique opportunity to sample Paul's cooking in a dinner party atmosphere. A festive menu for a large group to enjoy. Please contact us for details. The price is €50 per person plus 10% service charge.
Sunday lunch is served from 12.30 to 2.45 pm on Sundays all year round.
