For those of you who regularly visit our website, you might notice a few changes today as we have updated so that we can put on even more information.  This has been a slow process of practically rebuilding the website but I am happy with the result and looking forward to finding my way around the back-end as the tecchies say.

 

September is rapidly approaching and the enquiries are now starting to come in again about cookery courses.

The Cooking for College course will go ahead on Friday 3rd September and please contact me if you are interested in booking a place for some gourmet students!

Denis Cotter is here on Saturday September 11th for his Paradiso Harvest course which of course is of particular interest to all you vegetarians.  He will be using as much produce as possible from our Tannery Garden and Paul will be assisting on the day so you are getting two for the price of one!!

 

The Sunday Roast course has had to be changed to Sunday 12th September - apologies to those who had booked (I have contacted separately).  This is a very nice Sunday morning demo followed by a traditional Sunday lunch in the Cookery School Dining room - price €75 including three course lunch.  An ideal opportunity to experience a cookery school without committing to a full day.

 

Speaking of two for the price of one - we are getting together in November with Catherine Fulivo of Ballyknocken to do a "Meet the Masters" course on Sat (in Ballyknocken) and Sunday (with us in The Tannery).  Details will be up on the website soon.

For those of you wondering if the five day course is taking place - the answer is yes.  Paul Flynn's Autumn kitchen will take place in November, a date to be confirmed.

 

CHEF FOR A DAY!!! Did you always want to work in a professional restuarant kitchen? Work alongside Paul and his team as they prepare for lunch and dinner and work on new dishes on a busy Friday. This is an experience for the truly keen cook - €200 per person - maximum 2 persons can take place on this challenging opportunity.
